The Victory Garden features soil collected from battlefields, military installations, and cemeteries across the globe. Thanks to the dedication of dozens of individuals who have traveled and hand-collected these samples, we are able to bring a piece of history directly to the Veterans Plaza. To protect our local ecosystem, we proudly partner with the Colorado State University Soils Department. Every soil donation undergoes a rigorous sterilization and cleaning process before it is officially placed in the garden, ensuring it honors the environment just as deeply as it honors our veterans.
